To be eligible for this Competition, an individual must not be a legal resident of any Prohibited Jurisdictions (listed below), eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and must not be a Prohibited Person (listed below).

Tether Data, S.A. de C.V. (the "Sponsor") shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Competition. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification

Prohibited Jurisdictions:

Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Syria, Crimea (a region of Ukraine annexed by the Russian Federation), the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (a region of Ukraine), the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (a region of Ukraine), the self-proclaimed Kherson People's Republic (a region of Ukraine) and the self-proclaimed Zaporizhzhia People's Republic (a region of Ukraine) or any state, country or other jurisdiction which is listed by the Financial Action task Force as high risk or with strategic deficiencies where the Competition would be contrary to law or regulation.

Prohibited Persons:

(a) Any person who is under 18 years of age;

(b) Any person who is a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;

(c) Any person who is not an individual;

(d) Any person who is a citizen or resident of, or located in, a geographic area that is subject to United States, Swiss, United Nations or other applicable sanctions or embargoes;

(e) Any person or entity acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any of the persons listed above in (a)-(d).

The Competition begins on October 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM CET and ends on October 24, 2025 at 4:59 PM CET (the "Competition Period") after which time the Competition will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.

(a) There is no purchase necessary to enter the Competition however you must have a tether.me address and a Tether Wallet to claim a Prize. Enter by agreeing to these Competition Rules via the QR code provided and score one or more goals on your first three attempts on the robotic goal keeper at the Tether Wallet booth at Plan ₿ in Lugano during the Competition Period. Use your discretion and do not overexert yourself.

(b) Entries must be received no later than the end of the Competition Period. Entries may be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise irregular.

(c) Entries received shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the tether.me associated with the entry, if any. For the purpose of the Competition Rules, “authorized account holder" of a tether.me address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a tether.me address. The selected entrant may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the tether.me address associated with the winning entry.

(d) You may enter as many times as you wish but may only win one Prize (as defined below).

(a) Prizes. There are 400 prizes available to be won on each day of the Competition Period, consisting of a number of BTC valued at approximately CHF 5 (each a “Prize”). Approximate retail value of each Prize is CHF 5. The number of BTC valued at CHF 5 will be determined using the feature of the Tether Wallet application that determines the value of crypto held in the Tether Waller in various fiat currencies. Sponsor may choose a different valuation mechanism if Sponsor determines that there is an issues with that feature of the Tether Wallet application.

(b) Prize Distribution. Prizes will be distributed to the winners (“Winner”) after completing their participation in the competition at the Tether Wallet booth at Plan ₿ in Lugano. Prize distribution will be dependent on the Winner successfully providing a valid tether.me address which is not associated with any sanctioned block chain address and fulfilling all Competition requirements.

(c) Limitations. Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.

(a) Goals Scored. Each entrant who scores one or more goals on the robotic goal keeper during the Competition Period and while Prizes remain available will be a potential Winner. The odds of being a potential Winner depend on the skill of the participant.

(b) Selected Entrant Notification. ENTRANTS WHO SCORE A GOAL WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT THEY ARE A WINNER AND MUST APPROACH APPROPRIATE STAFF AT THE TETHER WALLET BOOTH IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION. If the potential winner does not contact staff at the Tether Wallet booth immediately after completing their participation in the Competition in accordance with the Competition Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response.

Each Competition participants hereby (i) represents they are eligible for the Competition and in compliance with these Competition Rules; (ii) if selected as a potential Winner, accepts the Prize as offered; (iii) releases the Sponsor, Plan ₿ and the Plan ₿ Organizer (AltKey SA and the Plan ₿ Foundation) and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Competition, participation in any Competition-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom.

By entering the Competition, entrant releases and holds the Released Parties harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Competition, any breach of the Competition Rules, or in any Prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Released Parties from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Competition, without limitation.

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, unintelligible/illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies, or for any computer, online, software, telephone, hardware or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the Competition cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor.

By participating in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Competition Rules, which will be available by scanning a QR code available at the Tether Wallet booth at Plan ₿ Lugano. Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Winner must at all times behave appropriately when taking part in the Competition and observe the Competition Rules and any other rules or regulations in force at the Competition location.

(a) By participating in the Competition, entrant: (i) agrees that Sponsor may use his/her name, mailing address, age range, telephone number and e-mail address (collectively the “Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Competition, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the Winner; (ii) agrees that Sponsor may use his/her name, image and city for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Competition, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that Sponsor may disclose his/her Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers in connection with (i) and (ii) above.

(b) Sponsor will use the entrant’s Personal Information only for identified purposes, and protect the entrant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the Privacy Statement at: tether.io/privacy mutatis mutandis such that it applies to Sponsor rather than Tether Operations, S.A. de C.V.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Competition, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Competition, and/or the Competition Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

These are the official Competition Rules. The Competition is subject to applicable British Virgin Island laws and regulations. In derogation to the foregoing, substantive Swiss law shall apply if your domicile or place of habitual residence is in Switzerland. The Competition Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Competition Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, including procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. In derogation to the foregoing, substantive Swiss law shall apply if your domicile or place of habitual residence is in Switzerland.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Competition Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Competition-related materials, including but not limited to the description on X (Twitter), television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Competition Rules shall prevail.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Plan ₿ or any of the Plan ₿ Organizers or any social media platforms, on which the Competition may be promoted and/or publicized.
